| Classes |
All
Classes recognised by the RVYC. A one design class with 5 or more
entrants can have a separate start. The Open class catamarans
can be divided in doublehanded boats and singlehanded boats, each
with their own start, provided both entities have at least 5 boats..
All monohulls will race in the Monohull Class, but the Laser 4.7
group can have its own start, provided there is a minimum of 5
boats. The Opties start in their own class. |

On Saturday
there will be 2 round the cans races back-to-back. On Sunday there
will be a long distance race for catamarans. For Lasers there
will be 2 round the cans races back-to-back or a medium distance
race. |

the cans 80 minutes for the first boat. 20 minutes between first
and last boat of each class. For long distance race 4 hours. |
| Penalty
System |
For the multi-hull
classes, rules 44.1 and 44.2 are changed so that one turn including
one tack and one gybe is required. |

| History |
The original
Trophy was donated by Charles Keith Hyland in 1980. Since then
the race has been sailed regularly with attendance in the early
years of some 15 catamarans. |
