Fees and Subscriptions
Message from the Hon. Treasurer:

Subscription fees and other on-going fees: In order to simplify administration and reduce administration costs, members are required to make payments for subscription fees and other on-going fees (rack fees, locker fees, box fees and long-term accommodation rental) by direct debit to their bank account by bank Letter of Consent (or, with prior approval of the Treasurer, a standing Banker's Order).

If you have not yet supplied a Letter of Consent please download and complete the appropriate form for your bank and mail it to the Club's office in Pattaya.
(Note: The downloadable file contains Letters of Consent for the major banks. If your bank's form is not here, please contact the Hon. Treasurer at: treasurer@royal-varuna-yacht-club.com.

Incidental bills and fees: Restaurant and bar bills, boat rental fees, guest fees, nightly accommodation rental, etc. can be added to the monthly bill, but only if open consent to do so is given to the member's relevant bank (i.e. the Member has provided a Letter of Consent); otherwise all such incidentals shall be paid to the cashier by credit card or cash after each visit to the club (prior to leaving the club)
